The Limited Display Permit is an opportunity that not many Oregonians know about. This permit allows for a fireworks display of product that would otherwise be illegal in the State of Oregon. These products include firecrackers, multi-shot cakes, rockets, mortars, helicopters, roman candles, and missiles.

The permit must be obtained through the office of the Oregon State Fire Marshal at a cost of $50.00 per event. The permit is valid for a specific day and time. In order to be approved for this permit, the completed application must be returned to the OSFM office no later that 15 days prior to your event.

Part of the permit application asks for the quantities of each firework classification. To aid in your ordering we have a showroom open to the public and our friendly staff would be happy to answer any questions. Upon approval of your permit application your fireworks can then be picked up from our facility the day of your display, unless you have qualified for storage elsewhere.
